I don't know about you guys, but I can't think of any better news to start off my week. Due to be produced by Tiger Aspect, I Survived A Zombie Apocalypse will see eight contenstants trapped together in a shopping mall during a full blown invasion of the undead.

I'm intrigued as to how the logistics of the show will play out, but apparently it's a case of one bite and you're out. According to the BBC, "The contestants must live by their wits, make difficult decisions, and use urban survival tactics. Their ultimate goal is to avoid the lethal bite of a zombie and stay alive."

Executive producer, Andrew Brereton says: “It’s nice to finally have a game show where if you get a challenge wrong, you get your arms ripped off and your brains eaten out.” BBC Three Entertainment Commissioner, Ruby Kuraishe, says “This is a tongue-in-cheek game show that will really test one’s mettle. I think people will die to be a part of it.”

I can't help but agree. Where do I sign?
