Mountie

DSBSE -Ep43- Bird in the Hand

As Dottie-Baker threatens to gas us out of the studio, we watch season 2 episode of Due South, Bird in the Hand. Frazer's Dad's ex-partner turned killer seeks Frazer's protection from his conspiritors from his fathers demise. Can Benny keep his cool? Ray is happy to turn a blind eye if he doesn't and the ghost of Benton Snr. is definately fine if his once partner doesn't make it. Meanwhile in the studio we open the DSBSE mini mountie golden circle, we question how Ray isn't better with handcuffs and we have a couple of music tracks from Jawdaw train!

DSBSE -Ep42- The Witness

The Due South by South East crew are back to talk Season 2 Due South ep, The Witness. There is a big guy with a bigger heart, our hero's hit the big house and we hit an abrupt ending. Meanwhile in the studio Dottie is missing, Michelle opens her golden circle, Nicola goes eeeeee and Squee is left talking to Mr Sock. What does all that mean? Listen and maybe it'll make more sense... maybe!

DSBSE -Ep41- Vault

After a longer than intended break, we sit down for one of our drunkest episodes yet, to talk about season 2 episode, Vault. Benny had a new outfit which he is not keen on. Ray is declaired dead, which he is really not keen on. They both get locked in a bank vault with armed robbers and Franchesca outside, which no one is a fan of, apart from the viewing audience. All this and we say goodbye to a mini mountie and a loyal friend.

DSBSE - Ep31- An Invitation to Romance

We talk 'An Invitation to Romance'. An episode we soon realise doesn't really have a case or criminal to drive it. Instead it has a character designed to drive Benny nuts... but occationally might just do that for the audience too. But hey, the worst day watching Due South is still better than watching most other shows. We also discuss the unusual format on this episode and why we think this should be swapped in running order with the following episode.

DSBSE -Ep30- Ross Mullan's top 10 Canadians (and a bonus Canadian)

Ross Mullan (Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, Bear Behaving Baddly) joins us again to talk about his new play he's starring in 'A Pocketful of Bread', his upcoming appearance at CovCon and to give us his top 10 Canadians (plus a bonus Canadian for good measure).
